I’ve been in a couple of times and the owner has always been helpful and kind despite my obvious lack of knowledge. After a lot of research I bought power rack and he was willing to work with me on making sure it was right for me and for my price range, when I mentioned that I would install it myself he gave me pointers and told me how he usually does it instead of trying to push an add-on to the sale.
Bought a stationary bike that was on consignment , owner was courteous and very helpful

They are rude. Lacking customer service skills. Will take my exuberant amount of business elsewhere.
