My first visit was great. Dr. Tanouye was very thorough with the exam and my options. The staff were also helpful and patient while I chose my glasses and they explained my insurance benefits to me upfront so I knew what I’d be paying.
I had scheduled a first time appointment for my daughter. Her rx was expired and needed new glasses, which I explained to the front office. I was running about 5 minutes behind and already in the parking lot, when the office called to confirm if we were attending and was told they only allow a 5 minute grace period and would not allow us to be seen. Was looking for a new doctor office for me and my 4 kiddos, never scheduling here again
Your office staff are always so welcoming and always willing to help with questions. And that’s the reason we always refer our family to your office!
Staff were professional and warm. The doctor was thorough and explained procedures and all questions I had.
