Much better customer service. The workers are very rude and basically don’t care about helping customers. HORRIBLE Experience.
RecommendedI came in with three children. The staff was extremely helpful and spent time making sure we found what we liked. They were also very good with my 11 year old who was being a little picky about his frames. A++ customer service!
Great customer service! Victoria & Jayden were amazing! Very impressed with the super fast ordering of my 2 frames! Sent in on Monday, back on Friday! I have never been anywhere that has been that quick! I paid for all the upgrades on the lenses and do not regret it!!
I went for an eye exam shortly after having two eye surgeries. Needless to say my vision was really bad. I could hardly see anything out of that eye but the doc was very friendly and helpful and sent me to a cornea specialist who looked at my eye further to see if there was anything we could do. After a few months my eye healed up to normal, I gained vision back and I was able to get glasses. I went back and being young and not having much money they worked with me tremendously on price. Great STAFF! Doctor was AMAZING, best thorough exam I've had done in years. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Price matching and discounts are available, which is a plus for me.
