Up sell is the name of the game at this place. The fact that insurance is you’re friend is an understatement. And either of the sales clerks will be happy to make sure you know that the product you are buying that is covered by insurance is “ inferior “ .it must be. Every thing else they try to up sell makes the product “ better”. Seen 20 minutes late. 40 minutes to wait for the eyes to dilate, which is normally done in 15-20 minutes. Well wait and see what kind of product they deliver.
My records are not safe. I just left your office. I came in to collect a copy of my chart. The gal I asked immediately, with no acknowledgement of my ask or anything, turned away, got my chart and started producing copies. No, “it’ll take a few minutes” or “please wait while I do this”, nothing. AND NO ask for ID.
I love all about eyes all the girls are so nice and helpful so is the Dr. today Alexandra helped me she really knows what she is doing! she helped me pick out new frames that looked good on my face I have always gotten my glasses there and will keep coming back!!!one of girls live in my small town and found out she lives up the street from me...got-a love that...thank you all about eyes... rhonda
This is the second time in three years they have pulled steel out of my eyes , these guys do a over the top professional job , courteous reliable prompt
