Incredible customer service! I had some issues with the fit of my first pair of glasses, and the owner truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They proactively provided me with a replacement pair to make sure everything was perfect. Their dedication to quality and service is top-notch. I'm very happy with my new glasses and highly recommend this shop!
I moved from BC to NS recently. In July when I needed an eye exam and a new pair of glasses, I was fortunate to come to the All About Eyecare Optometrists! Fred and his whole team were very friendly and professional. I received a careful eye exam from Dr. Yuan. She made sure there were no potential issues with my eyes. I had a strange eye issue, this business saw me turn next day (never been here before), and I received a wonderful, caring exam, and gentle, professional service, even helping me with a referral to a specialist. Truly impressed at how caring the doctor and team were. Amazing .
I've been going to All About Eyecare for over 15 years and they make me feel like I'm part of their family. Fred greets me by name and with a smile every time I go in and always asks about my family. Dr Elizabeth is just as kind and welcoming during the exams and has trained their new Dr's to be just as compassionate. The location is also clean, with lots of space and has a cool modern asthetic. It doesn't feel cramped or clinical. All About Eyecare is wonderful place run by even more wonderful people.
