I would highly recommend Rylan's -"All about building inspection" aka AABI services for a building and pest inspection. He was extremely responsive, thorough, and helpful. He completed the inspection the same day the day it was booked. Rylan was generous with his time and knowledge over the phone too, elaborating on the report as well as sharing extremely helpful information. His comprehensive report helped us avoid a mistake that could’ve cost us lot of money. Should there be another inspection, I would definitely use AABI.
