Improving communication...gave me less than 24 hours notice before letting me know an order wasn't received the week before. Finally got the installation done today. Installer was wonderful. There is a big, unsightly seam down the middle of my valance. Basically have been told...too bad.
RecommendedI've been a customer since 2003. Today a blind string broke. I took it in the blind and they fixed it on the spot at no charge. Now that's service, especially on something that's 18 years old. We also bought from them last year during our remodel. They do great work.
Love our new shutters...It's a shame that you decided to no longer accept American Express as were planning on replacing the rest of the blinds in our home with your shutters. Unfortunately that is a deal breaker going forward. 9 windows in total.
Grant did a great job getting our glider back up, and was so patient with my husband telling him how to do your job 😄.
The blinds look wonderful and we're very happy with the quality! Grant arrived on time for the installation and was very efficient and easy to work with. Great experience!
So easy to work with. The sales rep Kevin met me at our newly constructed home to measure the sliding glass door to our lanai for vertical blinds. He had many samples to choose from, smart suggestions and helped me through the process. A special shout out to Grant, the installer. He arrived on time and efficiently installed the blinds. Couldn't be happier. The showroom has so much to choose from and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. We ordered the blinds, they came quickly and measured, then promptly made the blinds and delivered them in about 2-3 weeks. The installer, Grant, did a very good job. He called me the morning of the installation to tell me he was on his way. He was on time, was super friendly and worked non-stop from the time he entered our house, until he was finished. Just had shutters installed in my home and could not be happier with All About Blinds and Shutters. From my initial call requesting an estimate right through the installation, they were great - knowledgeable people and superb customer service. A special shout out to installer Steve!
