MALPRACTICE! BUYER BEWARE! If you dont already know what's wrong with your vehicle. Do Not Go Here. I took my X5 in with an oil leak from an unknown source. Brandon's diagnosis of the problem cost $2500 (Feb). Approx 3 weeks later I'm back because oil is still leaking, but less.
