Dr's Byrd and Jackson are incredible. Couldn't ask for a better team to care for our animals. We've had several "special needs" babies who were older with chronic, severe conditions like congestive heart failure and the care has always been exceptional. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
This is the best place ever!! I have known Dr.Byrd for a long time. She has helped me with many many furbabies. She always care & helps no matter what!! She truly loves your babies like you love them & if she tells you something you know it is what she would do with her own! Over the years I have grown to love her like family! The people she has at her office are just as special & loving!! I will never go anywhere else!! Thanks to them all!!
All the staff are so friendly and really do care about my 4 legged baby. As for that baby he actually loves going there! So nice I don't have to drag his 74lbs in there, he drags me instead!
They always are so friendly and really care about you and your animals! They really have made a good name in chapel hill. When my dog got his third eye lid ripped out the surgery was going to be $2000 elsewhere Dr.Bird did it for $600 something and did it very well! Love y'all and my puppy love's this place and these people he get's so excited going in which say's a lot
