I go and take my rescue dog there every year for check-ups. Luckily I’ve only had her stay overnight once. However, when I tell her we’re going to see Dr. Ursula, she goes ecstatic!! I love all of the people that I interact with while there. I feel that they are truly lovers of animals!! I appreciate all that they do for me by keeping Lily Grace healthy and happy!!!
Not blaming the "vet" (I am sure they're not aware of what goes on in the lobby) but the staff could not even tell me if distemper was contagious or how it is spread. Also, when I ask to buy a nexgard the girl at the desk with purple hair told me only if I brought the dog in and pay the office visit too, then she told me if I tried to buy one somewhere else or online they would be notified! If you are looking for a reasonably priced veterinary clinic staffed with caring individuals this is the place to go! I couldn't have asked for better treatment for our fur baby who needed help after a motorcyclist hit her leg. Good job Dr. Fitch and staff!
