This was my first visit and it would’ve been perfect until our dog Lola got lost in the check-in line somehow. After waiting patiently until neither of us could take it (2.5 hours) and seeing other pets get checked in and seen, I asked our status in line, and we were seen, givin shots, and checked out in a total of 10-15 min. Friendly staff and clean environment
