I changed from my former vet to Dr Elizabeth Hughes three years ago when she (and her husband) treated a cat I found in the middle of street near my house at 6 am. The kitty was in bad shape - couldn't move and blood running from his mouth. I called a 24-hr vet office and was told to call the Animal Pound so they could pick it up and dispose of it. The young girl at the front desk is extremely rude. She ignored us for the first few min and I said Hello and she replied "Hang on". She was writing something that apparently she was afraid she would forget if she took a split second and said "hello, i will be right with you". I own a business and if my employees greeted my customers in this manner it would be automatic termination. I took my dogs in to simply get their ears cleaned. Subpar health care for animals! – All About Animals offers the worst of animal healthcare. I took my beagle mix to be spayed and within 30 minutes of picking her up from All About Animals had to rush her to (then) Florida Vet Services for emergency treatment. All About Animals had failed to provide the pain medications that we had requested and paid for. The Vet from FVS carefully explained how the pain response in canine's works and how the pain SHOULD have been managed. The AAA office could have cared less! I will not let ... read more

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS FROM EMPLOYEES! – If I could give less than one star, I would. Took a rescue animal in with a voucher for neuter. They informed me if they found a flea, it would be additional money, if they determined he needed blood work, etc, it would be additional money etc. I left him and was called no more than 15 minutes later informing me that the bill was going to be over $250 as they felt he needed a complete exam. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! – I took my puppy here to get spayed on Jan 19,2012, They told me to have my little girl there between 7-9 a.m. When I got there and walked inside it stunk EXTREMELY BAD. As I was signing my little girl in the girl behind the front desk was very rude. I got there at 7 a.m. and dropped her off they told me she would be ready for pick up a 3p.m. the same day. Thank you! – Muffin has not eaten or drank in over a week and I thought I would have to put her down because I couldn't afford the treatment but because of Dr. Hughes kindness and love of animals my dog will recover and have many years with us.

Thank you! – Dr. Hughes, Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to work in your clinic. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the experience I obtained there. Hopefully I'll be seeing you in the future ... I learned so much at All About Animals and I know it will help me in the future.

Thank you! – Thank you for taking such good care of me. I am feeling very good now and driving my mom crazy. I just get so excited every time she comes home! She tells me I'm awfully expensive for such a young dog but she says I am worth it. I am gaining weight also. Hopefully the next time you see me I'll be big. <3
