They are a horrible company. We had them install System 2000 in January 2013. They had guaranteed us that they would provide us service for one year. They claimed that it was the most efficient and dependable system out there. From 2013-2015, we have had about 15 service calls for when the system was not working. In March of 2013, (two months after we had the system installed!), we called them in for service and we had to pay! They gave us a very hard time. Each time, they charged for the service. Had this company install a new Efficiency 2000 system a few years ago, which we love and told us that they take care of any maintenance and repairs on the system. However, when we had a problem with the unit, they refused to come to repair it. When we originally called them for the repair, they called us back and told us someone was on their way. My wife took off work to go home to wait for them. In the meantime, they called me back once more and told me they were not coming and said "you know we are out in Suffolk County". ... read more
