We were ending our rental on a unit and it was on the first of the month. We were told that we had to pay one day of the rent which should’ve been approximately $200 divided by 30. However, they charged us $18 Which is just shady. I don’t care if they conjured up some thought that they can in their mind justify that that’s OK. I just think it’s shady and a money grab. It was kinda late the night before hurricane Milton hit Daytona Beach and we were running out of options to find a place for my 1968 Camaro because of no availability, but Debi and Trina took up on the challenge to help us get what we needed before the hurricane arrived here in Daytona Beach and they were awesome, THESE TWO LADIES CLUTCH IT in the nick of time right before they shut it down for the night. 0/10 DON’T recommend I will be letting all my fellow peers (college students) don’t waste your time I moved out on the first (before they charged my card for the “rent”) and called and they said okay fine, HOURS later they are saying that I have to pay for the entire month of august because I moved out on the first… I could see if they charged me some type of “late move out fee” but for the WHOLE entire month is ridiculous and makes no sense.
