They do not open at 9am, or if they do the worker doesn't unlock the door or answer the door. Showed up at 9:45 and left at 9:51. Someone inside didnt wanna answer the door
Storing items in a storage unit can definitely be challenging, but Diana made it so pleasant! She’s a little ball of sunshine and always willing to help wherever she can. While schlepping stuff in and out of a storage unit is not the most fun you will have in your day, it’s made so much better when you get to meet people who make the journey better! Thanks for all your help, Diana!
I wanted to let you know that William and Tammy are wonderful people and were amazingly helpful with finding the right unit for us. They both are super friendly and down to earth and very humble.The property is always clean and so are the hallways. This is by far the cleanest storage property I have ever rented from. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience. Junior and I are definitely going to miss you both.
