I’ve had a really positive experience with All Aboard Storage - Ormond over the years. The team has always been kind, helpful, and easy to work with. I originally got a large storage unit a few years ago at a good price after my apartment was damaged during the hurricanes, and I’m grateful that my belongings stayed safe and secure. I also really appreciated the 24/7 access, which made things so much more convenient. The move-out process was easy as well. Always courteous, helpful and easy to work with
Ashley performed customer service to a professional level today, with sincerity and was genuine in her wanting to get an unfortunate negative situation and with patience and explanation get us back on track. Ashley was determined and persistent to figure out and take care of why we were having issues getting in to our storage unit. Ashley figured out the issues updated some items in All Aboard Storage units application and billing and reset our ability to enter our storage unit in a timely manner. Thanks Ashly
