I called yesterday at 7:30am because my air was not working. We were scheduled the same evening and within an hour our air was fixed. Fast , knowledgeable, friendly, great communication throughout the day and with the tech. I have used them for years now and will continue to highly recommend them!
My experience was great. They came out at 8:15 PM and solved my problem right away and pleased the lady who had rented my building for a baby shower. I talked with Micheal on the phone. He was very pleasant and very reassuring. I am 90 years younger and walk with a walker and could not go to my building. He was very helpful and reassuring that problem was solved and the lady who rented building was happy. I appreciated everything he did for an old lady. First of all, I wanna say that the owner of the company is very beautiful. She is sweet kind and outgoing and all around AC is one of the best AC companies out there if you ever need help call this company.
ETA: I remember when we agreed to install the mini split because my first child had been born weeks before (so I think I remember correctly lol!) Also an employee separately confirmed that it took 6 months to install when they finally installed the mini split, and he told us why (the man who came out at first to see if our house was fitted for a mini split went to Israel for several weeks unexpectedly) I hate to leave this type of review about a small business, but All Around AC took around 6 months to install our multi-spli... read more
I am going to try and keep this short but their service is UNMATCHED. Especially in this line of work. Unfortunately our first time with them was a little rocky but when I tell you they came back and made it right, it changed our view completely. The receptionist is top tier with her customer service. Always calls and gives you updates step by step. She was genuine throughout our entire process. The technicians were very kind and understanding and gave us details about what the issues was.
