I work for the rental owner and I strive to exceed their expectations. I am very personable with owners as well as tenants. In this economy every family needs a home to live in and to be happy with their surroundings. I will not allow rentals to fall below living standards and they have to meet state code requirements. Tenants will never go without essentials. My reputation for repair/maintenance issues is within 24-hours. I refuse to fall short of what is expected of me, let it be the tenant or the owner.

Comically unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Promises to fix maintenance issues but never brings it up again. Literally never kept an appointment. Gets defensive and aggressive like a spoiled child when you point out one of her numerous mistakes. Made mistakes with her bookkeeping and unsurprisingly dragged her heels on fixing the mistake. Always keep your receipts; especially when you rent from slumlords. In conclusion: don't rent from her.
Shady slumlords. Will "no cause evict" you to be able to remodel your unit. (4th family out of the four units david owns) Won't make repairs as needed. Continuous mold (even with cleaning and airing out very frequently) in 2 bedrooms of my home on the ceiling above where my very asthmatic son sleeps.
