Won't recommend or use again. I used them for a water damage job in my home. They responded fast but one of their dehumidifiers leaked liters of water a new spot of my floor. Their estimate far exceeded what the insurer estimated and I had to pull up and remove 300kg floor myself. Then I had specified more spots of a popcorn ceiling to be re-sprayed to their PM only to find they ignored that except at an additional 1 or 2 grand. found this restoration company from google map and people's review. Therefore, I would like to share with you my experience so let others know how it went. I called them and asked them if they can come and see the water damage I had in the maple ridge property. The PM "Tibi" was pretty good in communication, and he was flexible, but his boss was not that that flexible. I asked for a Saturday view. Tibi checked with his boss "Alex" but he denied. We had a unfortunate flood in our basement and called All 4 Restoration for our water cleanup and restoration work. Alex was very responsive from the first call throughout the entire project. All his employees and trades were professional and helpful. He made very good recommendations and helped with the entire claim process. We are extremly satisfied with All 4 Restoration & Construction and highly recommend their services.
