Terrible service. We had money in the account and PROVED IT to them. They still would not reverse the fees. They do this every month. The hidden fees with this company will kill you
Worst rental company I have ever dealt with, from the beginning they rushed the process because they took too long to respond, then they are incredibly hard to get a hold of, they email and texted us the wrong code for our key and wouldn't answer for days. We drove 3 hours out to start moving and we're stuck. Then I paid rent on time and they hit me with a invoice 2 days later with a NSF. I called and they said I don't know your finances.
