This review is in regards to a water heater replacement conducted by Joe and Noel today. I am VERY SATISFIED with this vendor. They do good work, promptly and effectively, we obviously had a great need for them due to the loss of the appliance and they are very reasonably priced. Also, I just wanted to mention that, while I have seen that someone people are not too pleased with AA Plumbing's business manager, I have always found her businesslike, efficient, and pleasant. Would not recommend! Serviceman showed up an hour before confirmed appointment window (due to a cancellation) and said if he had to come back it could be outside appointment window! Let him in and he wanted to caulk, which would render bath unusable for 24 hrs and I hadn’t even showered yet. I asked if he could come back AT the confirmed appointment time and he was unable to commit. Called Michelle back—as she called me to confirm the repair window—to let her know what transpired.
