Everything has gone smoothly - if I ever had a maintenance issue it was always taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are kept very clean and kept up. For the most part it's a quiet community.
I had the pleasure of being assisted in my search for a new home by Catherine. Even though this property is occupied to the fullest, she still walked me through what the apartments looked like using a floor plan and a video. She was thorough, and relatable. She took the "stress of apartment looking", out for me.
We lived here for 4 years, when we first moved I we had fantastic neighbors and management, maintenance was great. Into our 2nd year everything started to deteriorate . Many people had pets that they were not picking up after. We had multiple issues with our AC on several weekends (that were extremely hot)that were not addressed until the following week. There was matters with neighbors fighting in the parking lot, that to our knowledge were not addressed. We were told they were but the issues continued. There was constant d... read more
