I would give no stars if I could. stop telling people to send an email for that never gets a response either.
We like Alkire Gate. The manager, Rob and maintenance man, Brian, are kind and were quick to reply when our water heater was leaking. The complex allows you to personalize your patio with flowers and canopies as long as it is kept up which makes it feel like home. Rob, Brian, and the owner are also pet friendly.
My stove has not been working for a week.i was promised one several days ago but I still have no way to cook management is terrible.
Some of our maintenance issues are not being fixed and yet some are. When I request from the rental office they get fixed, but when I request face to face with maintenance man, they don’t get fixed or an explanation as to why they never showed up when they said they would. Thank you
I live actually in this residence and it's the worst, they are not responding to our requests. I asked to fix my oven and they didn't came. I have to cook to my kids and after a while they say oh we're going to bring a new one in 10 days. I don't recommend it.
