My stove has not been working for a week.i was promised one several days ago but I still have no way to cook management is terrible.
Some of our maintenance issues are not being fixed and yet some are. When I request from the rental office they get fixed, but when I request face to face with maintenance man, they don’t get fixed or an explanation as to why they never showed up when they said they would. Thank you
I live actually in this residence and it's the worst, they are not responding to our requests. I asked to fix my oven and they didn't came. I have to cook to my kids and after a while they say oh we're going to bring a new one in 10 days. I don't recommend it.
Ever since the new management has taken over, it has taken an act of God to actually speak with management regarding any concerns. For example, our water heater has been leaking water in our bathroom and kitchen for over a year with no fix. The cheap flooring has come up in certain spots and maintenance has been aware of this issue. Most recently, we agreed to move into a new 2 bedroom unit by the 22nd of this month but due to a complete lack of communication, we have no idea when we will ever move into the new unit. I have been trying to call for multiple months noe about renewing my lease as I have been getting overcharged every single month by HUNDREDS of dollars, and everytime I call its no answer. I leave a voicemail, no one calls me back. My rent is supposed to be 1230$. I have been paying 1430$ going on almost a YEAR now. Would be nice to get in contact with the property manager, but they seem to not have time for anyone and I am too busy with work, taking the kids to school, to come down into the office.
