Do not rent from this property, their property manager Carrie is completely unprofessional. I spoke with Carrie regarding a tenant of hers who she illegally evicted.. due to an arrest that was made on the apartment property. No where in the lease it states they can evict someone because of being arrested. (Which that was the reason she was evicting him) When I asked if she changed the locks, she stated “no, our maintenance must have” (either way, if maintenance changed the locked, Carrie was notified) The minute he was arres... read more
The neighbors above me constantly pound on my ceiling and the landlord isn't willing to do anything and when I asked to move apartments he threatened me to be kicked out..do not live here the place is ran by slum lords.
I have lived here for 5 years wasn't bad till new management came in they keep raising rent and won't let you sign lease.. plus the apartments are not worth it nothing works properly and are very ran down and management is very controlling..don't belive me come check it out for yourself .. bottom line way to much money for these apartments are not worth it
