Alki Auto Repair has by far been the most honest and human auto repair shop I've been to in a long time. Man! They are not about ripping you off or wasting your time. Right to the point, with exceptional attention to detail. WOW! You have a customer for life for all my vehicles.
I could not start my car and it was in my garage! And of course I was in a hurry for a meeting... I called Alki Auto and the owner, John Frank came to my house with a jump starter battery kit. Fortunately, I had my husbands car to drive as I had to go to an appointment, but I gave John the keys, he drove the car to his shop and handled the battery situation...it turns out I needed a whole new battery. He was able to replace it lickety-split and delivered my car back to my house later that day when I got home. Talk about exce... read more
