I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Wow, Dr Patel took over my old doctor's office and did a major overhaul. It looks so much brighter, cleaner, pleasant office environment. One of the drawbacks is that he's not taking ALL insurances, but I'm changing my insurance at open enrollment to keep him as my family doctor. I paid out of my pocket for my last visit and it was more than worth it.
I visited Dr Patel in 3/08. I had been to this practice before, but had seen a different doctor. Where there used to be several doctors at this practice, now there is only Dr. Patel. The medical assistant who took my weight/vitals was most rude. I had the misfortune of speaking to her on the phone approximately five times after the visit, as well, and she was rude and anything but helpful those times as well.
