I had a really disappointing experience at Alkemy Coffee. The little girl who helped me came across as unfriendly and gave me dirty looks throughout the interaction, which made me feel very unwelcome. The worst part was finding a hair in my cappuccino. It was disgusting, and I couldn’t bring myself to drink it, so I had to throw it away. I was looking forward to my visit, but between the customer service and the quality of the drink, it was a very negative experience.
