We bought a hot tub and have issues with it nonstop. They have replaced a pump, temperature gauges a couple of times, and who knows what else they have fixed. Now the hot tub blows the breaker and just sits. We have called several times and have spoke with someone, and have always been told that the owner will contact us the next day, well that never happens, this has happened 3 times. Well today was another day without the FLOW SWITCH that you have stated was in the MAIL. So did you ever mail the switch or was that just another LIE. I also see that you have blocked me on sending you messages on FACEBOOK!!!!. Well, that's not going to work with ME. NEVER use this company!!!!!! Here is why. I have a J400 hot tub. Your repair person came out and he found bad fuse, which somehow, I missed as I was trying to find out why it wasn't working. Well after the fuse was replaced it came back on.
