Alkalign barre studio has become my home away from home. My Cheers, where everybody knows my name. Every instructor here a friend, that challenges and motivates but always understanding that each body is different. I was introduced to this studio by my daughter. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. I love the classes, particularly the roll and recharge class. It has opened up my body. The align 101 class is challenging. It adds another dimension to my work out regime.

Initially, I bought a 30 day unlimited pass during the summer to try out the studio. I’ve been taking barre and Pilate type of classes for over 10 years. It was hard to find a studio that offers the right balance, classes for both of your slow days or the days you want to have some challenge. Alkalign is the one! Not only the location is great (in Woodbury shopping center). The owner Kate, teaches the best classes and she always makes you feel welcome and want to come back for more. I love this studio!! I have set foot in a gym maybe 3x in the past 4 years. I hate exercise, and hate paying for exercise even more. However, I started coming here with my sister in law and this is the perfect medium for me to start working out. Everyone is so motivating and you get to work at your own level since they give you adaptations.
