My parents have been patients at this dental clinic for over a year. While the dentist is fine, the administrative side of the practice has been extremely disappointing (which I use lightly). My father has had appointments cancelled on three separate occasions while he was already on his way to the clinic. Not once, not twice, but three times. Excellent and professional staff. Dr. Miriam is very helpful and nice.
I had a teeth cleaning session today with Maryam, dental hygienist. She was gentle and yet very thorough and professional. I am very pleased with the results. I also met Dr. Dunya, Dr. Lara, and the X-ray specialist for treatment assessment. They were also very professional and patient. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very positive experience.. definitely recommend.
