Ever since they were bought out the place hasn't been the same. It took forever for them to get the insurance company billing which it didn't before. The AFO for my dropped foot was poorly made. Now I have to go to the doctor to see what permanent damage was done to my ankle and go through the hassle of having a new one made somewhere else. Avoid Aljan. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Never again. I received my new leg and signed for it. However, the leg isn't adjusted right. I must drive 80 miles round trip every 2 weeks for adjustments that don't help. I have done this twice already. I cannot return the leg. I do not feel like I'm being listened too. I'm at the point of throwing my leg in the closet and forgetting about it. I'm going somewhere else. Update the leg I got was for a 135lb person. I weigh 243!
