First off, casually scrolling the honey booth stuck out to me. I was called over and the rest is history. My tastebuds were blown away by the chocolate honey & lemon honey just to name a couple. Aliza was such a joy to converse with too. Thank you 10/10 recommend if you a honey lover.
This is the best honey I've ever had! It's locally and humanely sourced. The whipped honey is incredible (my favorites are the cinnamon and the lemon!) I was lucky enough to meet both Aliza and her husband at the San Marcos Farmers Market. They are as sweet as their honey is delicious!
Honey is cleverly made and tasty. Owner is not responsive to messages either by email or social media. Would rather patronize a business that at least has the courtesy to respond to inquiries when it's clear that they chose to ignore my inquiry to the same email that my order was sent to.
Honey solidified 1 week after purchase. Can not heat properly as it is in plastic bottle.
