This was my first time going to get my braids done here. I must say I am very pleased with my hair.All the ladies who work there are all friendly, Atmosphere was great and the place was clean. I'll be visiting again!
Never again. I went here based off a recommendation. The hair I purchased they didn’t want to use because it was too soft. She even went as far as telling me the braids wouldn’t last. Then proceeded to get upset because I wasn’t going to pay for a service that wasn’t going to stay in. So we chose another style. THEY decided my style wasn’t good and did what they wanted to do. Amazing quality & service. Aliza was polite and worked extremely fast. My hair is neat and she didn’t braid too tight, but tight enough. She has a customer for life!!!!! I’ll never get my braids anywhere else!
The picture on the left is how my hair looked before. The picture on the right Is a picture of how my hair looked after getting crochet done at this salon. They pulled a lot of my hair out, I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but it was very disappointing because now I have to build my hair back up again elsewhere. I am not on any medication and I am not sure what the next comment in response to mine is talking about… this is just simple breakage from my hair being treated poorly in the service
