They will tell you to book hotels online (specifically thriugh hotel tonight). Once you book, the lobby receptionists will not let the person in, even if you call the corporate. I called the corporate and they told me they see my reservation and I am okay to go in. The receptionists told me I need to pay an additional $184 fees whereas hotel tonight showed me a total of $118.00 which I paid in full.
