A builder who doesn’t respect or pay tradespeople has no place in this industry. Respect and fairness are the foundation of good business, and this company fails at both.
This builder does not pay subcontractors for their work. Very unprofessional and dishonest practices if they cannot respect tradespeople, how can clients trust them? I strongly recommend avoiding this builder.
Will never return a call back. Tradies are chasing up on their invoices and refuse to do further work. BE AWARE who you are signing up with.
They promise you a house but there’s delays non stop. They owe lots of money to different tradesman. A word of warning, if you sign with them, you will be waiting forever for a house as my neighbour has been waiting for over two years listening to their lies.
The worst experince with this team, for planning, town planning and Communication. I don't recommend them to anyone. We even haven't moved to stage of Building, thanks god.
