This company has been consistently unreliable. They fail to show up, arrive late, and often can’t even locate or contact their own drivers. These issues happen repeatedly, not just once. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the problems, but instead I was given excuses and reasons why they couldn’t help. If you need to get to appointments on time or want to avoid unnecessary frustration, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The absolute worst company for reliable service. Sometimes they show up and well, sometimes you are left standing on the curb in 95 degree waiting for a fictional character to come pick you up for your medical appointment. Yep, it's a crap shoot whether you will be picked up or not. It has happened to me now three times. No one shows up. I swear, a pack of wild baboons could run this company better.

I switched from Humana to sunshine due to the fact that I was having major issues with motive care they were sending me rides that weren’t showing up and then they would keep sending me the same rides that we’re not showing up. I want a whole month without going to my appointment and I go every single day except for Sunday the only company that has ever picked me up is Quality1 they pick me up they get me there safe they get me home safe.
