I just had my first acupuncture/massage at Alive and Well!! Cindy was amazing!!! The relaxing, calming effects were felt immediately!!!! I also enjoyed a delicious kale salad and coffee at Elle’s Cafe! It was one of the Best afternoons I’ve experienced!!!
Such a beautiful and calming environment. The yoga instructors are amazing and able to provide me with the help I need getting back to my practice after surgery. I leave feeling strong and balanced.
