Alive + Well is the best! I started going for the “covid bundle” for immunity support when the virus started. Now I go for their awesome vitamin shots and supplements. If you’re having any issues, they even have this amazing wellness consultant named Meg that will walk you through everything you need to know. I just came out of an acupuncture/massage session Cindy Nilson, and Wowwww! She is the most intuitive healer I have had the honor of being treated by. The most relaxing, connected and empowering session. She is not only in service with her knowledge of the body but also the soul. She is a channel and during my session she said very needed things to me. I am so grateful for what I just experienced.
I've worked here for the past few months as an MT. I am continually impressed by the sheer level of professionalism, and enthusiasm for helping others the entire staff exhibits! This place is on another level. You can feel it in the air; and on the smiles of everyone walking around; both behind the counters and through the lobby. Alive & Well is ground zero for self care and self improvement in Austin. The ambiance is comfortable and inviting. The list of services extensive. Stop by! There's even a lovely cafe.

As a founding member, I spend several days each week utilizing the services here. The staff is AH-mazing! My acupuncturist, Cindy Nilson, is unparalleled in her field. Elle’s Cafe offers top quality healthy fare. Initially I started going to the center for the IV drip (Drip Drop). Loved the professional atmosphere and culture of the entire staff and place.
