I've gone into Alive and Well for several different services and one of the most life-changing services I had here was the colon hydrotherapy. Elsa is very knowledgeable and will take time to talk you through expectations and even the maintenance you should be doing after the service to help you heal and improve yourself. This place rocks! Anything health and wellness highly recommend. Elsa is the best CHT I have been to. I also highly recommend their internal holistic pharmacy, methylene blue IV’s followed by red light therapy. If you are a stressed out entrepreneur or executive definitely try the brain tap!
