I had an amazing experience at this centre! Yana, my hypnosis practitioner, was extremely professional and brought such insightful perspectives on life, which I truly appreciated and learned so much from. The owner, Michelle, is incredibly kind and passionate about helping people, with multiple businesses dedicated to promoting health and wellness under her belt. It’s clear they genuinely care about making a positive impact. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for guidance and support in their personal journey!

I came to Alive and Free when I was in a very tough period of my life. After some health issues and reaction to medication, I develop an intense panic disorder.
