My experience at this clinic with the staff they were very polite and the doctor is very informative.
I am writing to share my recent experience with your facility, as I believe feedback is essential for improvement. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this facility for several reasons: - There were numerous staff members present who seemed idle rather than assisting patients. - The exam room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. - While the Nurse Practitioner who attended to me was commendable, I noticed that my concerns were recorded inaccurately, as the claim submitted was under a different category. - The Medical A... read more
The worst clinic ever they hang up on you !!! Chris ****** and the other guy!!!! you will never get your appointment or results!!!! The staff is incompetent and ran by dummies. At the front I will be sharing my experience every where they are very rude and have turned away many patients due to rude treatment story time on tik tok coming soon !
I do not recommend coming to this organization. False information on the website. It states that Saturdays it is open from 9am-2pm and from 12pm-1pm staff is taking lunch. I arrived to the Miami Gardens location and was able to gain access into the building. I went up to the appropriate floor the time was about 12:50pm. No sign to tell you which door to knock on once you arrive on the floor.
