I’ve been going to alive and well for the past 3 years. The staff are friendly but that becomes meaningless when there’s always an issue or error with the service you receive. I once waited on their waiting room for over 3 hours just for results. Just recently they scheduled an appointment for me to receive results on a Friday, when I showed up I was told they only issue results on Tuesdays and Thursdays… after I wasted my time and gas to travel there.
The whole staff is amazing I was helped by Amira and Jimmy I highly recommend this office, also I was given some of the best coffee I’ve had all week LOL 10 out of 10. UPDATE: I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE DOCTOR AFTER SHOWING UP IN PERSON AND CALLING SEVERAL TIMES BEING THAT PROMISES FOR A VIRTUAL VISIT WERE NOT MET. FRONT DESK STAFF REVIEW STILL REMAINS VERY FRIENDLY BUT OVERALL IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE OFFICE THIS CERTAINLY IS NOT PROVING TO BE THAT AT ALL FIND ANOTHER SOURCE.
