DO NOT book with this “provider”. Zuber is the worst provider, scratch that, the worst person I have ever came across in my life. The only way I would go to her is if you have no medical issues and is white. It’s hard to explain everything in one single post. But to start out being transparent I have a lot of medical issues. The Mesa office is A LOT better keeping everything running smoothly and they are NEVER late! Scottsdale office I had to wait 30min - over an hour after coming in 15min early each time. When they are always running behind late the appointment that would have been 20min in and out turns into 2hours every time. I highly recommend going to the Mesa location VS Scottsdale.
I don’t recommend getting therapy here. I feel like my therapist wasn’t it but I tried giving it time. Then for my third appointment she never sent me the link and never followed up. I just got billed 4 months later and it’s ridiculous what they bill for considering it’s an hour of venting but apparently it’s worth $500
Had a terrible therapist who was extremely judgmental, she ignored me at a certain point and went off her own assumptions - even yelled at me when she barely knew me. Zero people skills. I was traumatized by this entire experience and hate this place. On top of that they kept sending me the same bill saying I didn't pay it even tho I had payment confirmation. My recommendation is seek help somewhere else alium health is useless waste of your time.
I have experienced nothing but kindness and urgency with my care. I’ve never had a better facility.
