I ordered my items on 12/8/2020. Its now 12/17/2020 have never received any type of confirmation that my order has been shipped. Tried calling , but the number was sent to something Google and is yet to be returned, Have contacted customer service and not heard back. VERY DISSAPOINTED!! Probably will NEVER order from them again

Absolutely love the all-natural, earth-grown ingredients in these skincare products. I rest easy knowing that the Alitura products I put on my skin are pure and highly effective. The Clay Mask, Gold Serum, Pearl Cleanser and Night Cream are my go-tos. My gal absolutely loves these products as well: The Body Lotion has even eliminated sun damage for her.
Terrible customer experience. I filled out the "contact us" section on the website to avail the black friday discount and no one ever followed up. On top of paying the full price and international shipping, the products get stuck at customs for which I have to pay extra duty and I am not allowed to cancel the order. Additionally the support team left questions unanswered on the email, when I escalated this matter.
I do my best to create memorable products purely with the intention of helping people feel better about what they see in the mirror. Thank you for the reviews! A lot more to come from us! -Andy
