I had my bathroom done and purchased somethings from alita tile. When there was a miscommunication with my contractor and things came out not the way I wanted, I reached out to mike. (The bathroom was done beautifully, just not what i had discussed with my contractor) Mike stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour helping me fix the problem, giving his opinions and just going above and beyond to make sure my problems were fixed and I was happy. I would greatly recommend Alita tile to anyone !
