2nd update: This place continues to ignore messages and complaints regarding violations. Not a single thing that I've pointed out that is in violation of their rules has been addressed. There are broken down vehicles parked long-term, regular solicitation and advertising, and the area is rampant with crime. I do not now how they find the most unprofessional people to fill out their team. I lived here for 12 months and I have never been so appalled by a management team. The team does not communicate between each other, they do not answer the phones, and they’re never in their office. I moved out and turned in my keys with a witness, and they’re asking for an overdue rent payment for the following month. I’ve been living here for about six months and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The maintenance team is reliable, and any issues I’ve had were handled promptly and properly. The property manager, Jenna, is kind, professional, and always responsive. My apartment is beautiful, and I really enjoy the location. it’s close to a lot of great places here in Columbia. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
I just moved in last week. And the unit has a chemical smell. I thought it would disappear. But after one week. The smell is still intense and I started to have a sore throat. Btw. The air conditioning also doesn't work and I let the leasing office now the first day I move in but have not got it repaired yet... I am not sure if other units have same issues but I suggest taking more time for the tour before deciding to choose a unit.
