when i 1st moved here i loved this place (3yrs ago) since then new owners and prop managers. Been trying to help my moms get an apartment for the last few months. They are the worst to deal with, never answer the phone or get back to you. Slow to respond to emails i means weeks later. They are almost impossible to communicate with....
2nd update: This place continues to ignore messages and complaints regarding violations. Not a single thing that I've pointed out that is in violation of their rules has been addressed. There are broken down vehicles parked long-term, regular solicitation and advertising, and the area is rampant with crime. The area is loud and the walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors and also conversations from the parking lot, even with the windows closed. 1 star is too much. I do not now how they find the most unprofessional people to fill out their team. I lived here for 12 months and I have never been so appalled by a management team. The team does not communicate between each other, they do not answer the phones, and they’re never in their office. I moved out and turned in my keys with a witness, and they’re asking for an overdue rent payment for the following month. I’ve been living here for about six months and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The maintenance team is reliable, and any issues I’ve had were handled promptly and properly. The property manager, Jenna, is kind, professional, and always responsive. My apartment is beautiful, and I really enjoy the location. it’s close to a lot of great places here in Columbia. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
