I have had a close friend live at the Alistar for years and have heard nothing but complaints and have seen things out of a nightmare go on here. The inside of each unit it very outdated, dusty, torn, and all the appliances are barely working including the washer and dryer. The rooms are very small, no central air, and still charge an arm and a leg. Lastly, the maintenance team does not fix the problem, they just mask it until you move out then take your whole security deposit and also charge you much more money on top of it... read more
I loved the close walk to town and the walking paths but that’s it. Maintence did not fix (only temporarily resolve) a request I put in for the tub and shower and now trying to charge me for it. They sealed up the leaking ceiling with a cover that leaked all over the inside of the tub? That’ll be $1700! It’s been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with Joel and I am happy everyday that I found a community who cares about their residents who work hard for their money. I went for a tour here last week and I had a lovely experience. Alicia our tour guide was wonderful! She answered all our questions on the spot and was super friendly. The property was pretty, well kept and the apartments looks great too. Very good condition. The price was wonderful too. I plan to hopefully move here!
One of the nicest places I’ve ever lived!! We loved it here so much, everyone in the community is super friendly, the neighborhood around is really quiet with lots of great spots to walk. Management is great and we never had any issues, maintenance is amazing and fixed almost all of our issues within 24 hours. We are so appreciative of everyone’s work to keep Allister as nice as it is and will miss it so much.
I just wanted to pop in and give a quick and well deserved thank you to Joel, Alesha, and the entire maintenance team at Alister! They are truly amazing and have made the experience here nothing short of amazing. I’m so sad to be moving out, the short walk to town, the beautiful trail (patriots path) behind me are such a luxury and have made me very happy here. Alister is a wonderful place to call home for anyone second guessing. 🏡
