Love Alissa! She’s amazing.
I experienced a car emergency after a weekend vacation, which made it impossible for me to keep my Monday appointment. Unfortunately, I was informed that rescheduling was not an option and that missing the appointment would result in losing access to their services. I find this policy quite challenging and not particularly accommodating for patients who may encounter unexpected situations.
