I’ve had sinus issues for years with little relief. Dr. Kanaan listened to my concerns and performed a nasal endoscopy - something no other ENT has done to assess my condition. She recommended a plan and scheduled a follow up visit to assess the results. I feel she is invested in ‘curing’ my problem.Dr. Kanaan’s staff was pleasant and attentive. Overall this was a very positive experience.
What I like most about Dr. Kanaan is that she takes her time with her patients and listens. It is so comforting to know that a doctor is willing to totally hear how you feel and what is happening to you before doing a check up. She even takes notes about your concerns, for future references. It was nice to walk out of her office knowing she opted for the best decision for you. I totally recommend her. Thank you for everything
