The sales associate did not pack two items that were purchased, this occurred on Friday. Wen I went to discuss on Saturday, there was no manager on site, they said to call Monday. I called Monday and there was no closing manager available to speak to , they said call the next day. Terrible customer service.
La atencion es pesima ademas mucho cuidado a la hora de realizar una compra ya que las polizas de devolucion no estan claras ademas de que sua dependientas no tienen conocimiento sobre ellas. En 11/23 realize una compra y antes de pagar les pregunte si tenian devolucion y claramente me contestaron que SI, que mientras el articulo tuviera su ticket original no habia ningun problema, hoy fui a revolver algunaa cosas que no llegue a utilizar y resulta que no pude pq a la dependienta se le olvido agregar que solo podia hacerlo h... read more
