Alison is an amazing teacher and I would highly recommend any of her classes. She focuses on helping women who are pregnant or postpartum regain strength and functionality of our bodies. I have done a number of classes with Alison and have learned something new every time. I am much stronger and have a better awareness of how to move my body in day to day life to avoid injury.
Alison is full of knowledge and provides a well instructed class with the best information to back up everything she teaches. I have attended her Return to Postpartum Exercise class and it was such a safe and welcoming environment. It was the perfect class to start with after having a baby. I highly recommend attending her classes and following her fantastic instagram account!
