EXCEPTIONAL in every way. It is rare that a physician is able to take appropriate time to listen and hear your concerns; and have a conversation with you (not talk at you) about your health and care plan today and for the future. Dr. Kole does all this and more. I have been her patient for three years and yes, it takes a while to see because she is that good. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, exercises sound judgement and has a sense of humor. Seeing her is worth the wait.
Dr Kole and staff is very inconsiderate and unprofessional! Worst Dr experience I ever had! Made the appointment 2 months in advance, come to the office, no parking space, slow moving line with the COVID check in and when I finally get to the office 10 min past my time I was than notified that I would have to reschedule my appointment! Really after I drove 1hr to get here! I would NEVER come back to see her again! I would rather drive 2hr to see someone else.
