I've struggled with anxiety my whole life. Although I lost a lot of sleep and struggled internally, I didn't think it was a problem because it didn't effect my ability to live my life (so I thought). Alison showed me that even though I could function, I could still be free of anxiety. Why not? Even if I'm terrified on a daily basis and still go about my day... why not be anxiety free and go about my day? It was truly freeing.
